November 9th 2011 through 15th PARSA will sponsor a Scout Masters “Wood Badge” training for NGO’s and the Ministry of Education staff who will be setting up Afghan Scouts Troops around the country.

The Graduation Ceremony will be 2:00 on Tuesday November 15th and all are invited to attend.

The training will be conducted by international trainers from the International Scout Association-Asian region.
